A PERSON YOU CAN TALK TO
Hi, I’m Jason.
Technology help should leave you feeling more comfortable with your devices.
I’m the person behind Local Electronic Solutions and your point of contact. My approach is simple: listen first, explain the options, and work at a pace that feels comfortable.
Whether something stopped working or you’d like to learn something new, there’s room for questions. If a job needs a different specialist, I’ll explain that before we go further.

How do I know whether a quick visit is enough?
Tell Jason what’s happening before booking. Quick Tech Visits are for one small issue on one working device with working internet. Larger or uncertain problems fit the 90-minute visit. If a quick visit needs more time, you can approve an upgrade to $150 total for up to 90 minutes in that same appointment if the schedule allows.
What if the problem cannot be fixed?
The fee covers the agreed service time and expertise, even if the issue needs a replacement part, a different specialist or more work. Jason will explain the findings and next options. Additional work starts only with your approval.
Can you help a parent or family member?
Yes. You can help arrange an appointment and share the learning goal or issue. The person receiving help still chooses what access to allow and what work to approve. Tutoring includes a personal guide to practice afterward.
Do I need to share my passwords?
You enter your own passwords and verification codes. Please do not send passwords, payment details or private documents by text or email. Remote access is used only for an agreed session with your permission.
Do you repair broken hardware or accept walk-ins?
Contact Jason first to discuss the device. Physical repairs require a separate assessment and quote, and some work will be referred to a specialist. There is no walk-in storefront. Please do not bring or send a device without a confirmed arrangement.
Do I need a membership?
No. The services here are one-time appointments. Start with the help you need now.
